Dark Data Labs performs passive and open-source collection only. No exploitation, credential reuse, or attempts to obtain unauthorized access are in scope for this service.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have authority to authorize scanning and passive reconnaissance of the domains, executives, and suppliers submitted through the intake form.
Final legal terms, limitations of liability, privacy language, and service definitions should be replaced here before production legal review is complete.
